Tina Campbell

Co-Founder

Tina is a very focused and project-oriented entrepreneur. She believes in the power of relationships, in fact, it comes to her naturally. Building bridges to make connections is her passion. She loves to help other entrepreneurs to use their connections to increase their businesses. Building Top of Mind Awareness & Communicating Your Unique Value Proposition is key to a successful local business.

    The opportunity to speak to clients who want, need and are capable of purchasing your products or services is a goal that all entrepreneurs seek. Tina helps new entrepreneurs achieved this goal through building systems and connections. Her passion is to coach and teach Veterans, Women and Millennials who want to get into entrepreneurship.


    After graduating with a BS degree in Business Economics, Tina worked for a diverse range of companies, learning first-hand the fields of accounting, finance, marketing, human resources, project management, and strategic planning on both the corporate and supplier sides. She has worked virtually since 1999 in different solo-preneur endeavors and in 2009 she and Dave Jenks started Free Enterprise Warriors as a way to activate and re-activate businesses.  


    At the same time, Tina developed the NY/CT/NJ Tristate Region of Master Networks, a national networking organization dedicated to the establishment and maintenance of business relationships. 

Dave Jenks

Co-Founder

Dave was a mentor, teacher, best-selling author, business consultant for over 30 years. He was an advocate for free enterprise as a master trainer, business consultant, and executive leader for The Dale Carnegie Institute, Century 21 and Keller Williams Realty International. After founding The Leadership Connection to train business and sales leaders, he joined Keller Williams Realty International in 1996. Over the next 10 years the company grew from 2,100 agents to more than 72,000 and became the third largest real estate system in North America.

    Dave co-authored five business books, including The Millionaire Real Estate Agent, which has become one of the all-time best-selling books in real estate.


    In January, 2009, Dave became Chief Creativity Officer of Free Enterprise Warriors, serving as its lead trainer, designer and strategist. And in 2013 he also took on the role of Dean of Master Networks University to train and guide entrepreneurs, intra-preneurs and solopreneurs. Dave's legacy will live on with his Warrior Talks, books and videos.
